In celebration of our upcoming “Juice Cleanse” weeks this August, Chef Denise Roa created The Ranch’s delicious and refreshing Signature Green Juice recipe. Enjoy!
Signature Green Juice
½ head romaine or leaf lettuce
1 medium green apple
1 leaf kale
1 small bok choy
4 inner leaves of beet greens
1 Stalks of celery
2 sprigs parsley
½ lemon with peel
Makes 12 ounces
*Note; a juicer is needed for this recipe.
