The week will feature classes from the Frey Winery family and will include hands-on cooking, gardening, cheese making, fermentation, a wine country tour, a tasting of Frey’s organic wines at the Ranch, plus dinner at El Lugar De Nos (Tecate’s hottest new restaurant) and more…
Last year we had an amazing roundup of chefs including Deborah Madison, Nani Steele, Marie Simmons and John Ash. It was a delight to be able to attend John Ash’s hands-on cooking class! The passion that John exudes for cooking is contagious. And as you can see from the photos above the food was delicious!
