You couldn’t ask for a more perfect day than picking vegetables in the sun-filled garden and cooking a fantastic meal with legendary chef Deborah Madison at our cooking school, La Cocina Que Canta. During Culinary Week 2013, guests enjoyed learning from renowned chefs not only about cooking, but also gardening and wine pairing. And of course, there was incredible food! Deborah’s menu for her hands-on cooking class featured a plethora of vegetables from our organic farm as well as delicious local ingredients.
