Sometimes I wonder if we are programmed to always look for scarcity in our lives. In response to this observation, for the past year, I’ve been trying to focus on abundance. The more I think about abundance, the more I see it everywhere. Therefore, when this quote caught my eye, I had to share it with all of you.
Though taking the time to focus on abundance can be a challenge, I’ve found that when I make an effort to do so, my life feels easier and more joyful. When we find ourselves constantly striving for something better than our present circumstances, it helps to shift our thoughts to be grateful for the abundance of what we do have. By practicing being mindful of the abundance surrounding us, we can savor our lives, instead of being stuck in starvation mode.
