These and a thousand other moments are the rewards we who work at Rancho La Puerta see and receive every day. We get the most satisfaction from helping guests leave the stress of everyday life behind, as well as helping you discover again how marvelous the body responds when challenged with movement.
But lately another reward has come our way, and our “thank you!” must go directly to you, our guest. Once again the readers of Travel+Leisure magazine have voted Rancho La Puerta “World’s Best Destination Spa”—an honor we have received four out of the last five years.
In addition, we were voted “Top Destination Spa” in the Condé Nast Traveler readers’ poll in 2014—another extraordinary honor.
Thank you! We would not receive these accolades without the support and loyalty of all our guests, whether they are readers of these magazines or not.
We are humbled and pleased, and as we approach our 75th anniversary year we are proud to be the destination spa of choice for so many discerning wellness seekers across the globe—many of whom return to The Ranch again and again.
We continue to be dedicated to creating an environment that promotes health, wellness, learning, and the enjoyment of an active life. When co-founder Edmond Szekely walked the grounds here and greeted the guests in the 1940s and 1950s, he would respond to their salutations with the phrase “¡Siempre Mejor!” (Always Better).
I can almost hear his deep voice rumble across the ages as we say to you once again, “¡Gracias, y siempre mejor!”
