Posture Therapy with Nathan Briner

With over 50 fitness and wellness classes a day, The Ranch offers a lot of instruction and support for self-improvement during your stay, including Posture Therapy. During this popular class, Instructor Nathan Briner teaches exercises to help guests bring their posture back to its natural alignment. 

Here, Nathan shares a simple technique to reset your posture. “It’s great for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting, traveling or notices their shoulders are rolling forward,” Nathan says. “This simple exercise will help them realign their shoulders, chest, and head.”
