*We will do our best to provide you with the treatment schedule you desire. However, since requests are honored in the order in which they are received, alternate times may be assigned. We suggest that you book your treatments at least five days prior to your arrival so that we will be better able to accommodate you. You will receive your schedule upon arrival at the airport or Ranch, depending upon your mode of transportation. We are required to add Mexican IVA tax to the cost of each treatment. If you must cancel or reschedule a spa treatment or other staff-provided service, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment; otherwise, you will be charged for the time set aside for you.
