The Joy of Anusara Yoga | Jennifer Fox and Paul Gould

Jenni and Paul have been teaching for a combination of over 30 years and have a long-time association with the Ranch. These two spirited teachers love introducing Ranch guests to Anusara's uplifting philosophy of goodness, and its universal principles of alignment. Beginners, experienced students and teachers alike will experience yoga as a way to transform body and life into heartfelt alignment with nature.

Paul had four professional careers before returning to school to receive a degree in fitness training. A long-time meditator who created a back-care program for the Ranch, he co-taught the Nia technique with Jenni and began his "playfully serious" teaching of Yoga at age 50. Jenni's teaching is grounded in over 20 years in Iyengar Yoga (she was certified in 1989), but her love of Anusara, her long-time association with Nia, and her studies of Zen Buddhist meditation continue to influence her.

The couple own NamaStay Retreat Yoga Center near Santa Cruz, California, and NamaStay Adventures, which offers yoga and meditation workshops worldwide. On the Web: www.namastay.net.
