Our schedule allows you to balance your day with fitness and relaxation. Take a nature hike in the morning, work up a sweat in a cardio class and then calm your mind in meditation practice. Rancho La Puerta offers a host of fitness classes, including ab conditioning, indoor cycling, and water workouts. The Ranch invites well-known guest instructors for many “specialty weeks” that have a theme — such as yoga, Pilates, hiking or meditation. You don’t need to be in tip-top shape to take any of our classes (although you will feel stronger and more relaxed by the end of your stay). Let our Fitness Concierge help you create a weeklong program tailored specifically to your needs.
