Lynn Weigand, Ph.D, is the Director of the Initiative for Bicycle and Pedestrian Innovation and an adjunct faculty member in the School of Urban Studies and Planning at Portland State University. Lynn’s work involves planning communities that are safe and fun for walking and cycling, and motivating people to be active in daily life. She is a bike commuter and avid urban walker.
