Diane Morgan is an award-winning cookbook author and freelance food writer. She is the author of fourteen cookbooks including “The Christmas Table,” “The New Thanksgiving Table,” “Grill Every Day,” “Salmon", "Pizza,” “Delicious Dips,” “The Thanksgiving Table,” “Midnight Munchies,” “Cooking For The Week,” and “Dressed To Grill: Savvy Recipes for Girls who Play with Fire,” all from Chronicle Books. She has been involved in the world of food for more than 20 years. Diane has been a regular contributor to the Los Angeles Times food section and has written for Bon Appetit, Fine Cooking, Cooking Light, The Oregonian, and Northwest Palate. She has appeared on the Today Show, ABC World News Now, CBS Early Show, The TV Food Network, Smart Solutions on HGTV, Seasonings on PBS, and Good Day Oregon.

Diane will be teaching on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4 to 7:30 pm-- two different menus for Wednesday and Thursday, each class 3.5 hours in duration, during which you will enjoy preparing your own meal along with fellow cooks. Classes take place at La Cocina Que Canta, our new culinary center. You also will have the opportunity to harvest produce you use from our organic garden, Tres Estrellas.
