These posture therapy classes will teach you how to do you own posture evaluation and then help you understand how to apply effective posture exercises. You will be able to take home immediately applicable posture programs to keep the feeling of standing up with strength and grace.
Kenneth E. Baldwin is an Assistant Professor/Coordinator for the Undergraduate degree in Fitness and Wellness Leadership at SUNY and is the Executive Director for The National Posture Institute, an educational/professional organization that educates allied health/fitness and medical professionals to become designated NPI-Certified Posture Specialists™. He is the Senior Editor/Lead Author for ACSM’s Resources for the Personal Trainer (2nd Edition), former Chair of IDEA’s Personal Trainer Committee, and former Chair of the Senior Fitness Subcommittee for the Massachusetts’s Governor’s Committee on Physical Fitness and Sports. He has served on national committees for organizations that include the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), LifeFitness Academy, AAHPERD, and the Medical Fitness Association (MFA). He’s been awarded Boston’s Best Personal Trainer and IDEA’s National Personal Trainer of the Year Award
