Michele Hébert is an internationally recognized thought leader, speaker, coach and author in the fields of leadership, wellness and personal development. She was a featured speaker at the Social Capital Markets Conference speaking on Enlightened Leadership through Personal

She is a master educator, yoga and meditation teacher, and speaker who has devoted her life to living and teaching consciousness-based practices for personal and professional transformation.
Michele developed the first meditation-based stress management program at the renowned Scripps Clinic and currently teaches a meditation course at UC San Diego. She also served as an adjunct professor at the United States International University and is currently on the faculty of Esalen Institute where she leads inner development workshops with her husband Dr. Mehrad Nazari. Together they lead transformational retreats around the world, sharing a common mission to help people achieve their true potential through inner awareness and awakened consciousness.
