The PEP Factor: Personalized Exercise Programming to help you stay fit and motivated ALL Year long! Join us for a revitalizing week of various fitness plans that are so easy to do and will keep you going all year long. Every day you will be taken through a 45 minute session including strength, endurance, short bursts of cardio, flexibility, agility and balance. The BEST part of the program is that it is FUN and SAFE! All levels are welcome! Modifications are given for each exercise. To top it off, you will be handed your own exercise plans and charts to take home. Follow up is provided to make sure that if you “fall off the wagon”, someone will be able to coach you so you can "finish the ride".
