Change Your Age™ is a pioneering mind-body fitness program built around a series of short easy-to-learn, rejuvenating movement lessons designed to make you feel more youthful and fit at any age. The program promotes agile, effortless movement as you let go of limiting habits and any patterns of stiffness or tension.

Carolyn’s Rancho La Puerta Classes
Each Change Your Age lesson highlights a core position (such as lying, sitting, kneeling, crouching or standing) and guides you through a series of easy-to-learn movements. Sample lessons include Freeing Stiff Hips and Knees, Longer Hamstrings the Easy Way, Regaining Full Use of the Neck and Improving Balance.

Improved quality of motion and coordination starts with the release of old posture, timing, movement and balance habits, enabling an agile, easy freedom—and fitness—that lets you feel young at any age. You leave each session renewed, with lighter, freer movement and a heightened internal sense of how to keep that freedom in your daily life. Recapture the freedom of youthful movement. Participate in one or all of Carolyn's twice-a-day classes at the Ranch.


carolyn-garfinkelCarolyn Garfinkel is a Certified Change Your Age™ Instructor, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner®, Certified Sounder Sleep System® Instructor and has over 25 years of yoga experience. She is committed to working with all individuals including busy professionals, seniors, athletes, performers and others who are seeking effortless, pain-free movement in their daily life. She has an ongoing teaching relationship with the Multiple Sclerosis Society and was featured at the Los Angeles’s Cedar Sinai Hospital’s Feldenkrais Expo and Disney Cancer Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Burbank, CA . She has a private practice in Studio City, CA and teaches public group classes.

Change Your Age™ movement program, developed by Frank Wildman, CFT, PhD, is based on the innovative principles of the Feldenkrais Method of Movement Education® and recognizes that how we move in our 40s to 60s has great effect on how we feel and move into our 70s, 80s, and beyond.
