The New Ranch Wellness Program, Part III

If you read my blog post about The Ranch’s new health program, Wellness FX, and my follow up post about my experience with it, then you know it’s a valuable tool for early diagnosis and developing your health goals. If you haven’t read the previous posts, I suggest that you do to better understand the program — which tracks, analyzes, and provides important feedback on your internal wellbeing. Here I will show you how a Rancho La Puerta retreat will help you improve common health concerns that you may discover through Wellness FX.

Wellness FX and the Rancho La Puerta experience go hand in hand. Once you receive your test results and have a consultation with a health practitioner – unless your results are the definition of perfect health –I believe you will be inspired to improve your overall wellbeing.  And I have good news for you – Yvonne Nienstadt, the Ranch Nutritionist, and Barry Shingle, the Director of Guest Relations and Programming, developed a list of Ranch activities to help remedy the most common health diagnoses.
