January at Rancho La Puerta – The strength of a willow tree is its flexibility in a storm and its deep roots, keeping it firmly anchored when other trees might snap or fall over. The Ranch offers over 60 classes a day to strengthen your core, keeping you flexible and helping empower you. Following are a few of the great classes to help cultivate and further develop your roots, strengthening your core.

 

January 2-9
Enlightened Negotiation™ | Mehrad Nazari, Ph.D.

Mehrad NazariJoin Dr. Mehrad Nazari as he leads you through discussions and exploration of The Law of Intention and Strength, 8 Spiritual Laws to Connect, Create and Prosper and other empowering topics to strengthen your negotiating skills. Dr Nazari earned his Ph.D. in Leadership and Human Behavior in 1992 (dissertation on Integrative Negotiation). He received an MBA and his California real estate broker license in 1981. As an adjunct professor of International Business Negotiation, he taught for ten years at United States International University in San Diego. Mehrad has studied with some of the spiritual masters of our time: Walt Baptiste, Swami Veda Bharati of India and Kyozan Joshu Roshi of Japan. – See more

Resiliency | Bonnie St. John

Today, Bonnie travels the globe as a highly sought after keynote speaker, Fortune 500 business consultant, television and radio personality, business owner, and the author of six books including her Amazon #1 best-seller, How Great Women Lead. Bonnie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard, earned a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford, and served in the White House as a Director of the National Economic Council during the Clinton administration.  – See more

John has starred in hundreds of Fitness and Pilates videos and has been teaching and practicing Pilates for more than 20 years. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA and earned his MS in Physical Education from New York University. She implemented the first meditation-based stress management program at the renowned Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California, teaching mind-body wellness techniques to enhance the immune system.
