All guests have the option of taking one or more Cocina classes, hands-on and/or demonstrations (you'll still be able to participate in all other Ranch activities, depending on your schedule):

• Individual La Cocina HANDS-ON classes: $75 each. (Maximum sixteen persons, minimum eight.) Class duration: 3.5 hours.

• DEMONSTRATION cooking classes: $35 each. (Maximum forty persons, minimum ten.) Class duration: 2.5 hours.

Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment will be arranged while you are at the Ranch. Mexican 10 percent tax will be added. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please wear closed-toe shoes to Hands-on classes; you will be working with sharp chef's knives. The shoes are not necessary for Demonstration classes.
