The Dining Experience -- fresh from farm and sea, our meals define the essence of spa cuisine

All guests have the option of taking one or more Cocina classes, (you'll still be able to participate in all other Ranch activities, depending on your schedule):

• Individual La Cocina HANDS-ON classes: $75 each. (Maximum sixteen persons, minimum eight.) Class duration: 3.5 hours.

Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment will be arranged while you are at the Ranch. Mexican IVA tax will be added. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please wear closed-toe shoes to Hands-on classes; you will be working with sharp chef's knives.
