Maya has been teaching Yoga, Nia, Stretch, Meditation, Healthy Breathing, Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, Restorative Yoga, Fit Ball, Fit Check, Legs Abs and Backs, Balance and Coordination, Foam Roller, Release and Mobilize, Par Cour, Silent Dinner, Circuit and Partner Thai Massage since 2007 as well as specializing in Mind-Body classes.  Her hobbies include Acro-Yoga, meditation, Thai massage, modern dance, art in all its forms, the outdoors, traveling, people, the environment, green design, alternative healing practices and the relationship between people and place.
