Nathan Briner

Nathan teaches Yoga, Postural Therapy, Cardio/Core Challenge, Hiking, Stretch, Release & Mobilize and Healthy Backs.  His specialty is incorporating body awareness and powerful movement into every class to help people discover and enjoy the art of yoga.  Nathan’s interests are focused in the freedom of body and mind.  “I am a sponge for any knowledge that translates into greater awareness.  My hobbies include the guitar, study of life and the outdoors.”
