Phyllis has been teaching Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Stretch, Stretch & Relax, T’ai chi and Qigong, Hikes, Meditation Walks, Inner Journey, Labyrinth, Breathing & Heart Rate Lectures and Nature Walks since 1981. She was Fitness Director for the Ranch from 1983 to 2002. What she loves most about Rancho la Puerta is her “Ranch” family. Phyllis loves the continuing encouragement to evolve and create interesting programs for guests as well as the beauty of the gardens and mountains, the delightful staff, and meeting wonderful guests.
