Terri has over 30 years of experience in the health & fitness industry and over 10,000 hours of Pilates instruction to private individuals, small groups and large fitness classes. She began her career in 1975 teaching Jane Fonda (yes, she wore the leg warmers and spandex!) workouts at women’s only spas and then on to teaching high and low impact aerobics, step classes and spinning at large fitness facilities. Terri teaches not only Pilates at The Ranch but also many of the strength training classes as well as the TRX suspension training system. In her “resting phase” she enjoys hiking, dancing and practicing Tango during her yearly visits to Argentina.
