	Here are two ways to open your door to the ultimate fitness/spa vacation! Shortened stays at the Ranch on a 'space available' basis… Your escape to rest and renewal in a time-poor world! The classic Rancho La Puerta experience is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. But not all of us can get away for quite that long, so…. Join us Saturday to Wednesday (4 nights) or Wednesday to Saturday (3 nights) Shorter stay package rates are prorated per day from full, 7-day rate. Rates include meals, room, fitness classes, use of fitness facilities, evening programs, lectures and transportation to or from the San Diego Airport on Saturdays. Mid-week transportation a la carte. 	For our week-long guests who are seeking a full mind, body and soul jump-start. A Lighter You focuses on practical lifestyle skills such as designing a week's menu, healthy eating with the family, tips on how to grocery shop for weight loss, strategies for lowering calories and balancing meals and even techniques for managing stress. Standard Package $300 (per person+tax) This package is for guests who know what to do but could benefit from a little extra support. One private 50-minute nutrition orientation/intake. Can be done prior to arrival. One private 50-minute nutrition consultation: Making a “take home” plan. Check-ins with a nutritionist during breakfast & lunch (Mon/Tues/Wed). 30-minute cleansing spa treatment: seaweed wrap or herbal wrap. At home follow-up with staff nutritionist. Two weeks of follow-up coaching and support. Deluxe Package $600 (per person+tax) This package is for guests who are unsure of how to lose weight and could benefit from more support. Standard Package PLUS A second 30-minute cleansing treatment: seaweed wrap or herbal wrap. Six weeks of follow-up coaching and support. Intake with a personal trainer. We design a week’s exercise program for you. At home follow-ups include emails and one 15 -20 minute phone check-in per week.
