May at The Ranch: Rebalance


May is Rebalance Month at The Ranch.  Of course, for many of us living a modern lifestyle, every month could be Rebalance Month!  Luckily we continually offer programs and classes that help us take a step back to balance the mind, body, and spirit, such as meditation, yoga, and sound healing.  Roaming around in nature is also one of our favorite ways to find peace in everyday life.  There are endless ways to cultivate the calmness that your mind and body craves.  Tailor your schedule at The Ranch to meet your needs and enjoy transformation and rebalancing throughout your week.

Every week Rancho La Puerta offers a complete program of over 60 different classes and activities (four or more every hour) led by our expert staff. In addition, we invite—each week—some of our favorite “presenters” to join us and share their specialty. We consider them our guest stars, and you may want to time your stay to the presence of one of these presenters.

River_and_ShayneYoga for Every B.O.D.Y. | Shayne and River Morgan This dynamic mother and daughter have been co-teaching yoga, meditation, and guided hikes in Aspen, Colorado, where both reside, for the past 10 years. They have been featured in Forbes MagazineAspen Peak Magazine, Yoga Journal, Gaiam Catalogues, Healthy Planet, and Elephant Magazine among other publications. River (ERYT-500) is a third generation yogini, who blends her dance, GYROKINESIS® exercise and somatic therapy with an alignment-based vinyasa flow that caters to all levels of practitioners.
