Our fitness schedule is comprehensive and varied. Some guests enjoy trying many different classes, exploring and experimenting. During your week at the Ranch, you'll find numerous opportunities to do things you’ve never had time to experience before. Some guests, perhaps you, prefer to focus on a theme. How do you determine what this might be? We asked our fitness experts how guests might plan a “perfect day,” according to their areas of special interest. The results are presented here.

Whatever you do, relax, enjoy yourself, and revise your plan whenever you want. During your stay, try to maintain a balance between exercise and relaxation. We have an old saying here: “The hammocks also are an important piece of fitness equipment!”
