The Sweet 16 is short, sweet and simple. It’s 4 exercises, 4 rounds for 16 minutes. This bodyweight-only workout does not need equipment to shred calories. “Big Bang”, multi-muscle group exercises are stacked in a specific order to increase the intensity and to create an “After-Burn” effect to help you burn calories after you workout. Created by Brett Hoebel, celebrity trainer on NBC’s The Biggest Loser-11, The Sweet 16 is challenging, but with modifications for every exercise, all fitness levels can do it. “Fitness is not whether you have time, it’s whether you make time…I know you have 16 minutes”
